Crown Research Corporation; President - 1975 to 1995

Founded consulting firm with international clientele associated with planning, financing, marketing, development and operation of retirement centers. Frequent speaker at seminars and industry collaborative sessions.

 

Self-Employed; 1965 to 1975 

Self-employed consultant to sponsors of retirement centers.  Market analyses, economic feasibility studies, management consultation.

 

Washington Baptist Convention; Staff Developer - 1965 to 1968

Responsible for the creation of retirement communities, collectively hosting over 660 persons in Seattle, Tacoma, Longview, Wenatchee, and Yakima. Also responsible for marketing functions at Judson Park (CCRC in Des Moines, WA). Oversaw director, buildings and grounds, housekeeping, etc.

 

Kingston Village; Administrator/Staff Developer - 1963 to 1965

Responsibility for development, supervision (zoning, financing, construction) marketing and ongoing operations of Kingston Village. The project was fully occupied upon completion of assignment.
